Stuck with a Listing Agreement?..No other Agents available?
What's the reason for not dropping the Agent finding another one?

I assume if getting another Agent you'd make this Marketing/communication/being updated the #1 priority in interviewing and hiring..

What's the market like..Comparable properties are selling..price is competitive or it's a slow market with few buyers for this type of property? Is it the Market or the Marketing?

We don't know any of those things and they would all affect choices/decisions/options imo
