The Whole Life Challenge is an 8-week health and fitness challenge designed to turn you into a diggin? deep, all in, what are you made of, swinging for the fences, master of your physical and mental destiny! The original WLC started at CrossFit LA a year and a half ago and for the first time the challenge is open to a select group of gyms around the world.? PR Fitness has been invited to join in this exclusive challenge and it is your opportunity to truly get inspired and get? serious about your health, fitness, and well-being from a very holistic way.

This challenge is not just about weight loss, or improved performance, it is about YOU as a healthful, inspired human being!
Entry Fee:?$45 for everyone?all members, friends, and family.

The challenge winner will have to succeed in 3 areas:
Performance?- Improve your work, improve your play
Body Transformation?- Get lean & mean
Accountability?- Play every day!
How the game is played:
You will be measured in the beginning and the end of the challenge to track your improvement ? body and performance.
Every day you will be challenged to live by these rules, and earn up to 6 points daily:
- Nutrition?? We will be using the Whole30 program from our Whole9 Nutrition Partners as our guidelines and rules for the WLC and we will be following the guidelines for the entire 8 weeks (56 days).? This means no grains, no beans/legumes, no sugar in any form (artificial or natural), no dairy products of any sort and no alcohol.? You don?t have to be perfect for the entire 8 weeks, you just have to do your absolute best.? Each day you can earn up to 3 points maximum. If you violate one of the guidelines, you subtract 1 point. The lowest score you can get on any day is 0.
- Workout?- Every day. The rule is 10 minutes minimum, and you get to say if it was a workout for you. Active recovery counts as a workout.? Going for a hike counts as a workout.? Walking across the parking lot at work is not a workout.? You will receive 1 point for working out.
- Mobility?- Stretch daily, 10 minutes minimum.? Yoga counts (do 20 minutes and get 1 point for ?workout? and 1 point for ?mobility?).? Foam rolling counts.? Tennis ball lovin? counts.? Mobility before and after class at PR counts.? You can do this any way you want. You will receive 1 point for stretching/mobility.
- Fish oil?- A daily dose of fish oil. There is no minimum, but research suggests 3500mg combination of EPA/DHA per day is ideal.
Every day by 3:00 (Brownsburg time, no matter what time zone you are in if you are traving)?you will log into the scoreboard and report how you did the previous day. You only have until 3:000 each day, after that you will receive a 0 for the day before, so make it a habit!? If you will not have access to a computer, have someone log in for you.? It only takes a couple minutes to check it ? it is not that time consuming!
All participants in the challenge will receive:
- Access to the Whole Life Challenge WORLDWIDE online scoreboard
- A ?Pre-Game Huddle? session at PR Fitness ? Want to give yourself the best shot? Come to a 1 hour meet-up to cover the basics of setting yourself up: preparing your home and kitchen, shopping and preparing food, and strategies
- Whole Life Challenge mid-challenge pitch in dinner!? Come and share your favorite recipes and dishes with your fellow WLC competitors
- Access to the Whole Life Challenge blog with coaching, support, recipes and videos
- Access to the Whole Life Challenge discussion forums for getting together with other participants to trade experiences, successes, breakdowns, tips, ?cheats? and to lend and give support
- A post-challenge party & celebration!
