It is a beautiful frame, however, the little plastic piece that should hold it upright has to be ?fixed? to keep the frame standing. The chime works great and is entertaining to watch people look around for the door chime BOX. Also, did not know from the product description that this can be used for multiple doors with various ring chimes adding only the expense of an extra push button. All around a very nice item.
